This is a space to return to your body’s innate intelligence. Through yoga, somatic movement, and embodied presence practices. Reconnect with your breath, your rhythm, and the wisdom that lives within you. No pushing, no perfecting, just movement as a way of remembering.
My approach to yoga is slow, somatic, and sensory a practice of listening inward rather than pushing outward.
I weave gentle functional movement, yin, breathwork, and nervous-system support with the deeper senses of the body: proprioception, interception, and intuitive felt knowing.
In my classes, you’re invited to move with curiosity, soften tension, explore sensation, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives inside your body.
Light & Loam Studio
Join me for small intimate classes at my home studio located 30 minutes from Mount Gambier or 15 minutes from Port Macdonnell on the outskirts of Nene Valley.
Light & Loam is a nature facing studio nestled on loam soil, surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the whisper of the ocean. Here, movement becomes ritual. Breath becomes grounding. Light enters softly, and everything has permission to grow.

Over time, the body can build layers of tension through the way we move, sit, and hold ourselves, often without realising.
This class gently invites those patterns to soften and release through movement, breath, and stillness.
This class helps to create space, ease, and a greater sense of openness within the body, so you leave feeling lighter, taller, and more at home within yourself.
At times, we may incorporate props to support a deeper release through the body by gently working into areas of tension and holding to create more space and openness from within.
Each session is intentionally unhurried, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to open in its own time.
This is a space to listen, to feel, and to return to yourself.
Come as you are. No experience needed.

Mondays 6pm Move + Release - In our bodies, we often carry a multitude of stresses - physical, mental, energetic, and emotional. Move + Release is crafted to address these tensions through a blend of mindful movement, somatic awareness, and yoga postures, all aimed at nourishing the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation. In this class, we defy conventional yoga practices by embracing natural movements that target the release of fascia and muscle tension. You'll learn to attune to the innate wisdom of your body.
