Why work with me…

I don’t just teach this work, I’ve lived it in my body.
I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by your own mind, unsure how to slow down, or where to begin. With ADHD and a sensitive nervous system, I had to learn first hand how to create safety within myself. I learnt this not by pushing, but through softness, slowness, deep listening and honestly a lot of trail and error until I figured out what truly worked for me.

As a 1/3 in Human Design, everything I offer comes from lived experience. I’ve moved through the spirals, the uncertainty, the overstimulation and the quiet turning points where the body finally exhales. What I share now is grounded in truth, not theory and is shaped by curiosity, awareness, and the lessons my own body has taught me.

This is a space where your body is listened to, not overridden.
Here you are invited to feel, sense, notice, pause. This is where you re-discover and reconnect with your own inner rhythms.

My work weaves yoga, somatic movement, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, Human Design, Gene Keys and astrology. These are not tools to fix you, they are gentle invitations to remember yourself. Discover how to sense what’s true in your body. To trust your timing and how to feel comfortable inside your own skin.
