Embodied Workshops and Events are gently curated, seasonal experiences designed to invite you back into your body, breath, and inner rhythm. Each offering is a pause from the pace of everyday life. Facilitated by Meg J and also likeminded collaborations hosted with co-creators.

These workshops and events are created to be a space to soften, listen, and reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, sound, energy work, and reflective ritual.

They are not ongoing classes, but special, one-off gatherings held with intention and care. Each session carries its own theme and energy, offering you an opportunity to rest, reset, and explore deeper layers of presence, self-awareness, and embodied wellbeing.

Whether you are arriving tired, curious, tender, or simply in need of space, you are welcome here. Just as you are.

A Nervous System Reset in Nature

As we move from a season of shedding into a season of receiving, many of us are feeling more energy, more insight, more emotion, more “light” moving through our systems.

At times, life can shift quickly, from quiet to busy, spacious to full, and stillness to intensity. But without support, our nervous systems can struggle to keep up.

We may find ourselves receiving too much, too fast, feeling overwhelmed, scattered, fatigued, or disconnected from our bodies.

Alongside this, there is often a quiet invitation to deepen, to meet life with greater devotion, presence, and care. Without losing softness, ease, or self-trust.

For sensitive bodies and deep feelers, this can feel beautiful… but also can feel very overwhelming.

Embody Your Light is a gentle, nature-held immersion designed to create space for you to receive, soften, and ready your body to welcome more of your brilliance. Inviting in steadiness, compassion, and embodied awareness.

This work supports your nervous system to relax, reorganise, and open safely, so new energy can move through you with greater ease and coherence.

Held at Light & Loam studio just out of Nene Valley and facilitated by Megan and Nikki, this collaborative experience weaves together:

✨An intuitive blend of Soma Lumen energy healing and embodied awareness. Guided in the moment to meet what is present

✨Somatic movement and restorative yin practices to support nervous system regulation

✨Journaling and tea ritual for grounding and inner listening

✨Sensory-based practices to restore ease and coherence in the body

✨Guided meditation for integration and gentle embodiment

This gathering takes place during the transition from the Year of the Snake, this is a time of deep healing, shedding, and inner transformation as we move into the Year of the Horse, a year of vitality, movement, and renewed momentum.

It is an invitation to consciously integrate what you have released, and to gently prepare your body and nervous system for the next influx of energy.
